App updates

Publish the signed APK to an NSF LOAN hosting site first. Enter its exact build number and download URL below. Builds below the minimum will show a required-update screen. Android asks the user to install the downloaded APK.

Use the same package name and signing key as the installed app. Verify the download and installation before increasing the minimum supported build.
